Program Overview

  • Session 1

"AI Utilization: Essential Security and Information Management Considerations"
    Kacoms Co., Ltd.

    Session Summary:
While the promise of AI to streamline operations is exciting, concerns about its secure use persist. AI assistants like Microsoft 365 Copilot hold immense potential across sales, HR, and accounting. This session will demystify key information management concepts and fundamental security aspects essential for safely integrating AI into your workflows.

  • Session 2

"Cloud Storage Services That Protect Data from Ransomware and Enable AI Utilization"
    DirectCloud Co., Ltd.

    Session Summary:
The siloed data resulting from on-premise file servers and NAS use increases data management burden, hardware operation costs, and BCP measures. Furthermore, ransomware protection and ensuring data safety in hybrid work environments are critical challenges.
Moreover, companies pursuing DX are exploring generative AI to enhance competitiveness.
This session will introduce "DirectCloud," a solution enabling centralized corporate data management, reduced management costs, ransomware protection, and the efficiency of internal inquiry and customer helpdesk operations through generative AI.

  • Session 3

"Achieving Sales DX and Proper Customer Data Management Simultaneously: Strengthening Inter-organizational Collaboration to Optimize Sales Processes"
    Sky Co., Ltd.

    Session Summary:
Promoting DX is crucial for organizations to maintain competitiveness. However, according to Sky's survey, approximately 70% of individuals involved in sales activities believe their company's sales DX is "not progressing" or "not progressing much." Conversely, even if information is digitized for DX, risks such as unauthorized data exfiltration by departing employees can arise, requiring organizations to select appropriate tools for DX advancement. This seminar will explain sales DX starting from the familiar business item, "business cards." Simultaneously, it will discuss key points for proper management of business card information, including examples of utilizing the sales business card management tool "SKYPCE."

  • Session 4

"Multi-Factor Authentication Service to Protect IDs and Passwords from Cyberattacks"
    International System Research Co., Ltd.

    Session Summary:
In 2025, cyberattacks will become even more sophisticated, leading to an increase in damage from advanced phishing attacks and unauthorized access. Even major companies with existing security measures are urged to implement further safeguards. This session will provide a clear explanation of countermeasures, drawing on practical case studies, and addressing the trend towards mandatory multi-factor authentication and going passwordless.
